Job Summary:

To drive sales growth by identifying and securing new corporate clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Corporate Sales Representative will promote and sell office automation solutions, stationery products, and retail supplies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12); a sales or business-related qualification will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the office automation, stationery, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of office equipment, stationery products, and business supply solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate, retail, and commercial sectors.
  • Promote and sell office automation equipment, stationery products, and related office solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer enquiries.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, administration, and technical support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company products and services.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
