Job Summary:

To manage the daily operations and ensure that all employees, services, equipment, and activities operate efficiently in line with the companies vision, goals, policies, and service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Managerial qualification will be advantageous.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic numeracy skills.
  • Fluent in English and Tswana (Hammanskraal): read, write, and speak.
  • Applicants must reside in the Hammanskraal or surrounding areas.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Contactable references.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across all departments.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Maintain quality, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, organised, and legally compliant environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
  • Prepare monthly shift rosters and ensure effective time management.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily/weekly departmental meetings.
  • Resolve user, learner, and employee queries, conflicts, and complaints.
  • Maintain attractive signage, displays, equipment, products, and services.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  • Record and report all incidents.
  • Conduct weekly office-based risk assessments and report findings.
  • Audit employee reports weekly and submit findings to management.
  • Support internal training and development initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with other Center Managers.
  • Make responsible operational and financial decisions in line with policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
