- Grade 12
- Computer Literate: MS Office
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle Min 5 years experience in telesales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in the office equipment / printing industry will be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Increasing sales revenue through effective customer service, telesales and cold calling.
Selling of company products and services.
- Achieving of set sales targets.
- Attending to and resolving of queries.
- Preparing and sending quotations.
- Processing of sales orders and ensuring correct stock reach clients.
- Accurate loading and processing of sales data and maintaining records.
- All general sales administration duties.
Basic Salary + Commission : Negotiable depending on experience
